How to Place an Order and Enter Coupon Codes

The following diagrams will help you understand how to place an order, enter your shipping location for a shipping quote, and how to enter a coupon code.  First, add the items you want to order to your cart.  Next visit "My Cart" and here you will see a Discount Codes area, and an area to put in your location and receive shipping rates.

 Orders from both of our stores will be combined in one cart, so you can order from both The Beer Soap Company and ZAJA Natural and pay one combined shipping fee.

Shipping & Delivery

We normally ship within 48 hours of receiving an order. We can ship your order via USPS First Class Mail, Priority Mail, or Express Made. You can pick your shipping preference and speed at checkout. We gladly ship to any location in the USA and surrounding islands, Canada, and Internationally to any country. We also ship to APO/AFO and other military addresses.  

Thinking of buying a gift? We can ship your purchase directly to the recipient with a gift note from you! Just add your gift receiver's address in the shipping area along with a gift note.

Corporate gift giving also available. Enter 1-200 different addresses at checkout for corporate gift giving. Bulk corporate pricing also available. Contact us for a quote.

Privacy & Security

ZAJA Natural & The Beer Soap Company does not share your information with any third party companies. We also do not keep any payment information stored on our site.

Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of our products returns are not accepted. If you have any problems please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Samples and Giveaways

We do not mail free samples or participate in giveaways or trades. If you are a magazine and would like to do a writeup about our product, please contact us.

Viewing Orders

To view a past order or to check tracking on an existing order, you can do so securely by logging into your account.  Your order information will only be available if you created an account at the time of your order.  If you checked out as a guest, you will not be able to login and view your order. Instead, you should receive an email with your order details. You will also receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Updating Account Information

You can update your account at any time, simply log into your account and change the information that you need to change. If you have trouble, please send us an email and we will help you fix the problem. Thank you. 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover card.  We can also accept an echeck over the phone. Other payment options include Paypal, Google Checkout, and Amazon Payments. Our prices are not open for negotiation, but if you are a store, spa, bar, etc that would like to carry our products, please contact us. We have an excellent wholesale program and would love to work with you!
